Some clients require assistance for 1 or 2 days a year, others may need support for up to 20 days work which is scheduled through the year. Additionally, as you can see below there is free consultancy and advice via the phone or Teams. Our approach to tasks is very hands on with a wide range of experience. Some clients simply require us to maintain their Management System (Quality/Health and Safety/Environmental). Others need help monitoring their Health and Safety System or using specific quality techniques like completing Capability Studies or setting up SPC monitoring. By offering an experienced and professional service, we help companies maximise their existing resources in-house so although they are still involved in the functions, we can free up a lot of their time so they can concentrate on other areas. There are no overheads just a daily fee for each visit. Our aim is to give business owners and directors the maximum support they need to run their businesses successfully at a low cost.
